Reverend Ammie Bouwman is the founder of For His Glory Ministry, established in 2018. She is an ordained minister and the author of over 16 books. With a deep passion for helping people discover their true identity in Christ, Reverend Ammie is committed to sharing the love and truth of God through teaching, writing, and global outreach.

Kurt Bouwman has been married to Reverend Ammie Bouwman for 16 years. A dedicated volunteer, Kurt plays an active role in missions, outreach, and serves faithfully in the Recovery Ministry every Tuesday night. Together, he and Ammie have two married children and are proud grandparents to five wonderful grandchildren.

Connie Green has been serving with For His Glory Ministry since 2022. As a certified recovery coach, she plays a vital role in helping lead the Recovery Ministry. Connie is deeply passionate about walking alongside others on their journey to healing and freedom, with a heart to see individuals overcome addiction and discover lasting hope.

Jennie Kueppers serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator at For His Glory Ministry. In addition to assisting Reverend Ammie Bouwman, Jennie plays a key role in connecting people, businesses, and resources to support the ministry’s mission. She also helps manage day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Jenne LePard serves as our Operations Specialist, managing website updates, optimizing SEO, and providing technical assistance. She supports recovery meetings, contributes to social media and fundraising efforts, and researches resources and cost-saving solutions to benefit both clients and internal operations. 

Adrian lives in West Michigan with his wife and 3 kids (with one on the way!). He is committed to seeing marriages and families transformed by the love of God, and the truth of the gospel. A passionate follower of Jesus, Adrian uses his God-given talents to serve others and glorify the Kingdom. He plays a vital role in the ministry of For His Glory Ministry by creating powerful and engaging video reels that capture how God is moving locally and around the world. With a heart for excellence and a deep love for storytelling, Adrian helps bring the message of hope and redemption to life—one reel at a time.

Anna Machiela serves as the Bilingual Recovery Ministry Coordinator at For His Glory Ministry, where she is honored to serve the Lord by connecting the Hispanic community with the support, hope, and healing found in Christ. With 28 years of experience in education and a master’s degree in education, Anna brings a heart for compassion, a gift for communication, and a calling to walk alongside individuals and families in their recovery journey. She is committed to building bridges, strengthening relationships, and partnering with community organizations to bring glory to God through service.
