How it all started...
For His Glory Ministry was born out of Reverend Ammie Bouwman's personal journey of healing and transformation. After years of battling depression and mental illness, Ammie experienced complete healing in 2013 through the power of God. Her testimony became the foundation for her calling—to help others discover who they are in Christ and find freedom through His Word and love.
In 2018, Ammie officially launched For His Glory Ministry (FHGM) with a mission to "feed the world with Word and deed." What began as a local ministry rooted in encouragement and biblical teaching quickly expanded into a global outreach. FHGM now reaches thousands each week through online devotionals, Bible studies, recovery programs, international missions, and practical support to vulnerable communities.
At its core, FHGM was started to glorify God by sharing His truth, equipping the body of Christ, and demonstrating His love through action. From a healed heart came a movement—one that continues to grow and transform lives around the world.
