He's at the Door
Your body can't survive without water, air, food, and light. Did you know your soul has the same needs? Jesus declares: "I am the living water" (John 4:14), "I am the bread of life" (John 6:35), "I am the light of the world" (John 8:12). He breathed life into humanity and offers us His Holy Spirit as our very breath. These aren't just beautiful metaphors—they're the spiritual reality of what our souls desperately need to truly live, not just exist.
Many of us are spiritually dehydrated, gasping for breath, starving, and walking in darkness. We try to fill these needs with success, relationships, substances, and approval, but the hunger always returns. Only Jesus satisfies completely. It's time to stop substituting and start receiving.
